Tom Meighan + Northern Hospitality

16 September @ 7:30 pm
£35

Indie icon Tom Meighan is coming to Wearside for an exclusive North East
date.
Meighan, the original frontman of Kasabian, will perform in Sunderland on
Tuesday 16th September with a one-off gig at The Fire Station.
The special performance is Tom’s first time in the North East since appearances
in Sunderland and Newcastle last year and marks his only North East date in
2025 following a successful packed summer of festival appearances including
FIB Benicàssim Festival and Isle of Wight.
With Meighan, Kasabian released six studio albums and enjoyed commercial
success, including five number-one albums on the UK Albums Chart and four
top-10 hits on the UK singles chart.
Now carving his own path with his commanding stage presence and
unmistakable vocals, Meighan has gone from strength to strength as a solo
artist and is widely regarded as one of the greatest frontmen of his generation.
His debut solo album, The Reckoning, was met with critical acclaim, cementing
his place as one of the UK’s most compelling live performers.
And fans attending the show can expect to hear songs from his latest album,
Roadrunner, alongside iconic anthems from his time with Kasabian including
Fire, Club Foot and L.S.F.
As a passionate supporter of Andy’s Man Club, Tom has invited the Sunderland
Andy’s Man Club team to promote their Monday night clubs at the event.

Opening support for Tom is Hartlepool based indie rock band, Northern
Hospitality.
