Inspirational mum raises more than £60,000 for charity that tried to save her daughter
An inspirational mum has now raised more than £60,000 for the charity that tried to save her little girl.
Six-year-old Ella Henderson tragically died after she was struck by a falling tree at Gosforth Park First School last weekend.
The Great North Air Ambulance flew to the scene and, along with other emergency services, battled to save Ella’s life.
And, just hours after losing her little girl, Ella’s brave mum, Vikki, set up an online fundraising page to support the charity.
It raised £40,000 in just two days but has now gone even further and reached an incredible £64,000.
