What channel is Huddersfield vs SAFC on? TV & live stream details, kick off time and more

Sunderland AFC make the 115-mile trip to Huddersfield Town tonight, in an EFL Championship game filled to the brim with opportunity for Tony Mowbray’s side.

The Black Cats have won just one of their last five games, being held by Luton Town on Saturday in a 1-1 draw at Kenilworth Road. SAFC’s striker woes seem to be turning around however, with Ellis Simms making his first second-half appearance since picking up an injury against Reading in September.

There are still doubts about strike partner Ross Stewart’s situation however, with the 6foot1 player picking up a thigh injury minutes before a local derby against Middlesbrough, also September.

SAFC’s opponents in Huddersfield however look to be making a turnaround of their own, picking up a hard-earned 1-0 win over Millwall on Saturday – with makeshift fullback Yuta Nakayama creating the only difference between the two sides.

Town manager Mark Fotheringham will no doubt be looking to claw his side out of the relegation side, capitalising on Sunderland’s lacklustre run of form.
